I fell and twisted my ankle night before last. It hurt like hell. Took me at least 10 minutes to get up off the ground. But last night my friend T came over to make me soak it in a salt bath. Hmmm... soaking my feet...what am I - a freaking 70 year old? Geez louise. These days I am a walking bruise. That is what I get for being clumsy.

I really should stop drinking. I know that is the main reason I'm not losing weight. I don't eat that fucking much and haven't since the separation. Maybe one to 2 meals a day and not big ones at that. Last night I only had one beer so I consider that an accomplishment. Now my damn ankle hurts so bad I can't exercise even if I wanted to. Whatever.

*deep breath*
