Valentine's Day???!! What the HELL is that?

Welcome to my world... the land of the lonely, the single and the void of love. Last year I told myself I wouldn't end up this way again... that I would be with someone who loves me truely and wants to be with me. I swore that this year would be different then years past... I'd be in a true committed relationship perhaps, and have a nice lover's holiday like everyone else around me... with a man who wants to be generous and tender.

And, I am sure that tonight, by the last glass of wine I drink I will swear the same for next year.

Why is it that most hopeless romantics with a heart of gold end up alone?
